Bordukh Dulam – Chairman of the BoardBordukh Dulam is the Founder and Chairman of Ulaan Bogt, an advisory and government relations firm offering services to numerous companies in Mongolia. Bordukh is trained as an economist and is also a Mongolian historian, documentarian, writer, and translator who has travelled extensively throughout Mongolia. He was formerly the Deputy Minister of Material and Technical Supply Ministry and the Mongolian Commercial Attache in Irkutsk, Russia and Berlin, Germany. Bordukh received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in economics from the G. Plekhanov Academy of Economics in Moscow. Lee M. Cashell – Vice ChairmanMr. Cashell is the Founder and Managing Partner of Asia Pacific Investment Partners, a privately held investment operating company founded in 2001. Formerly a Greater China economist and financial analyst based in Hong Kong, Mr. Cashell has been living and working in Asia for fifteen years, and has acted as a corporate finance advisor to numerous technology firms, investment funds and government agencies throughout the region. Prior to founding Asia Pacific Investment Partners, he served as a private equity fund manager for JAFCO Investments Asia, one of the largest private equity groups in the Asia Pacific region, with over US$3 billion under management. Mr. Cashell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware with a dual major in economics and political science, and received his Master’s degree in international business from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). He is a member of the Business Council of Mongolia as well as a member of the North American Mongolian Business Group. Ganbat BadarchGanbat is the Executive Director of QGX, a company engaged in mining activities in Mongolia since the mid 90’s and listed on the Toronto stock exchange. Ganbat spent twenty years in service to Mongolia, including time spent in the Mongolian army and the Ministry of Foreign Relations, where he was desk officer for various countries including the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia and New Zealand. In addition, he was the first Secretary of the Embassy of Mongolia in Ottawa, Canada. Following his diplomatic career, he returned to Mongolia and became CEO of a prominent State owned entity. Ganbat received his education primarily concentrating on diplomatic studies, starting with his Bachelor’s degree from the Moscow State University of International Relations in Russia with additional training at Vienna Diplomatic Academy in Austria in 1995-1996 and the Diplomatische Wirtshaft, Bonn, Berlin and Prien am Chimsee in Germany in 1997. Batsaihan BaatarBatsaihan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sanaa Partners, an investment and advisory firm based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. He was formerly the CEO and Board member of Goyo, a cashmere manufacturing concern owned by the MCS group, where he served as Vice President from 2004 until 2007. Prior to returning to Mongolia to take up management positions, he studied and worked in Japan for approximately ten years, holding various positions in management consultancy including time spent with AT Kearney working on corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions opportunities for the firm's various clients. Batsaihan received a Bachelor’s degree in Labour Economics, on government scholarship from the Mongolian National University. He went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree from Hititsubashi University in Competitive Strategy with a Japanese government scholarship. Batsaihan speaks fluent Japanese, Russian, English, and Mongolian, and is also a member of the CEO Club of Mongolia.
