Central Asian Cement is the leading supplier of cement in Ulaanbaatar, capital city of Mongolia. With an ongoing boom in construction projects Central Asian Cement has seen unprecedented demand for its product. Be it bulk or bagged, Central Asian Cement's plant can meet demand for high-quality Portland cement for use in all types of applications.

Central Asian Cement operates a cement crushing factory in Ulaanbaatar which has been operational since April 2004. The Factory now has an operational capacity of 80,000 tons of cement per year.  A renovation and addition for the current cement crushing facility is currently being planned which will be installed and operational before May of 2009.  This should increase the production capacity to 200,000 tons per year.

Cement is one of the most basic construction materials, and an essential item for the infrastructure development of the country. Mongolia is one of the world’s current economic growth leaders, and is developing rapidly. This economic expansion, spurred by growth of FAI, has resulted in a significant increase in the demand for building material. While mining, textiles, and tourism are driving exports, domestic growth is booming, spurring a need for roads, buildings, and infrastructure. With the explosion of the mining and construction industries, the demand for cement will double or triple in the next 18 months.
